SIAVS 2026 Brazil: LIVI Machinery Showcases Poultry Farming Equipment and Solutions
2026-08-10
SIAVS 2026 successfully came to an end for LIVI Machinery after three productive days in São Paulo, Brazil.
From August 4–6, 2026, our team met poultry farmers, investors and industry professionals at Booth 374, where we discussed
commercial layer and broiler projects, automation requirements, poultry house layouts, environmental control and future farm expansion.
The exhibition may be over, but many of those project discussions are now moving into their next stage.
Earlier, we invited customers to
meet LIVI Machinery at SIAVS 2026 in Brazil
.
Now that the exhibition has concluded, we would like to share what actually mattered most during these three days:
not simply displaying equipment, but discussing real poultry farming projects with people who are preparing to build,
automate or expand commercial farms.
At the exhibition, the LIVI team introduced visitors to complete poultry production solutions rather than presenting a single cage model.
Many customers came to Booth 374 with specific questions about bird capacity, housing, automation and investment.
Our role was to help them translate those questions into a more practical farm configuration. During face-to-face discussions,
LIVI representatives explained how different cage structures, feeding systems, drinking lines, manure handling equipment,
egg collection and ventilation components can be integrated inside one poultry house.
LIVI’s exhibition presentation focused on systems used in modern commercial egg and broiler production.
Visitors discussed different configurations according to their project scale, available poultry house space and intended automation level.
A major discussion point with layer farmers was how to increase flock capacity while maintaining manageable production processes.
LIVI’s
H type layer battery cage system
is designed for intensive commercial layer farming and can be integrated with automatic feeding, drinking,
manure removal, egg collection and environmental control equipment.
However, LIVI engineers emphasized that cage tiers and capacity should not be selected independently.
Poultry house height, airflow, manure transportation, egg collection routes and maintenance access must all match the cage layout.
Visitors planning meat chicken projects also discussed LIVI’s
H type broiler battery cage system
.
Discussions focused on how feeding, nipple drinking, manure removal and environmental management can be coordinated to simplify
daily flock management in larger broiler houses.
The most valuable part of SIAVS 2026 was the direct conversation with poultry producers.
Different customers were at different investment stages, but several practical questions appeared repeatedly.
Many visitors already had land or preliminary house dimensions but had not decided on the final cage layout.
LIVI explained that capacity depends on more than floor area.
This was another common question from commercial egg producers.
A-type systems can be suitable for farms seeking a relatively straightforward structure and lower initial investment,
while H-type systems are usually considered when customers want higher stocking density and greater automation.
Instead of recommending the same cage type to every customer, LIVI evaluates farm scale, labor availability,
house dimensions, expansion objectives and required automation before proposing a configuration.
Customers also showed strong interest in reducing repetitive manual work.
Automated poultry farming is not only about using more machines.
The real objective is to coordinate key daily processes so that farm management becomes more predictable.
Poultry equipment cannot be separated from climate conditions.
For customers in Brazil and other warm regions of Latin America,
ventilation and heat management were important parts of the conversations at SIAVS.
A suitable ventilation design should consider flock size, cage layout, house dimensions, outside temperature and humidity.
Fans, cooling pads, air inlets and controllers therefore need to be selected as part of the complete poultry house design,
not simply added after the cage layout has already been fixed.
SIAVS has ended, but the projects discussed during the exhibition have not.
Customers who met LIVI in São Paulo can now continue directly with our technical and sales teams.
To move from an exhibition conversation to a preliminary poultry farm design,
customers can send the following project information:
This information allows LIVI to evaluate cage quantities, rows, house utilization,
feeding and drinking systems, manure removal, egg collection and ventilation requirements more accurately.
For customers starting a new farm, equipment selection is only one stage of the project.
LIVI can support the process from early layout discussion through equipment configuration and later technical service.
Customers can also review more poultry equipment and project information directly through the
LIVI poultry farming equipment website
.
LIVI Machinery participated in SIAVS 2026 at Distrito Anhembi · São Paulo Convention Center in São Paulo,
Brazil, from August 4 to 6, 2026. LIVI exhibited at Booth 374.
LIVI presented solutions for layer and broiler production, including cage systems,
automatic feeding and drinking, manure removal, egg collection, environmental control
and complete poultry farm planning.
Yes. Farmers and investors who could not attend SIAVS can still send their project requirements directly to LIVI.
Providing the target bird capacity, poultry type, country and poultry house dimensions is a good starting point.
Yes. Early layout planning is especially useful for new commercial farms because cage rows,
ventilation, feed transportation, manure handling and egg collection can be coordinated before construction is finalized.
Send LIVI your project details and mention that you met the team at SIAVS 2026.
The team can continue discussing equipment configuration, poultry house layout and quotation requirements with you.
We sincerely thank every poultry farmer, investor, distributor and industry professional who visited
LIVI Machinery at Booth 374 in São Paulo.
If you discussed a project with our team, now is the right time to move from the initial conversation
to a customized farm layout and equipment proposal.
Send us your target bird capacity, poultry type and available poultry house or land dimensions.
LIVI can help you evaluate the cage configuration, automation system and overall poultry farm layout.
