What Was the Starting Point of This 12,000-Layer Farm in Ghana?

The customer already had an existing poultry house and wanted to improve the productivity of the available space instead of immediately building a completely new facility.

The house measured approximately 70 meters long and 9 meters wide. This meant the cage layout, operating aisles, feeding equipment, water lines, egg transportation and manure handling systems all had to be planned around a fixed building envelope.

For this reason, the project was not treated as a standard cage supply order. It required a customized poultry house layout that balanced bird capacity, equipment dimensions and daily operating access.
